Uninstall 3DMark03?

I don't see it on the add/remove programs list...I'm uninstalling b/c I
can't enable any of my Nvidia GeForce FX 5800 Ultra's features.  Is this b/c
I have the free version?

On that subject, how do I remove programs from the add/remove programs list
that have already been deleted?
