WebBench Static HTML Average Transfer Size

Is the average transfer size of the average WebBench static-HTML
transaction documented anywhere? Based on the file size distribution
in test suite file static_wb401.tst, for version 4.0.1 of the
workload, I calculate that the average response size is 6,222 bytes.
That sounds low given that the average SPECWeb transaction is about
15,000 bytes.
