Avalon BBS

This is a plug for a new/old BBS!

Back in the 80's & 90's I ran a dial-up BBS that was linked to the PODS
(Pagan Occult Distribution System) network.

It consisted of several dozen message areas echoed world wide.

I have recently revived my old system & it's available via telnet.

The board consists of around 30-odd messages areas categorised by topic
(rather than one big free for all).

I've also started restoring the BBS's old filebase - currently there are
around 1,500 magic/pagan/wiccvan etc text files online & around another
8,000
to be installed.

The BBS runs on a single node version of Maximus, so if it doesn't connect,
it means that someone is already online.

I hope to grow the board again as a civil meeting place for all people - so
drop by, browse the files, maybe even leave a message or two.
