WTD: Tech Support BBS site

I am in constant need of tech support with my computers, peripherals,
& software, but many tech supports on-line avoid or ignore me.  I need
a BBs where I can find real help from people who care about their
fellow users.  I am willing to give whatever help I can give in turn.
