[Q] Extracting japanese-named files from zip?

I have a zipfile containing files with japanese characters in their
names.

I can view the zipfile contents, but I simply cannot extract these
files. Apparently my computer is not able to display these characters.
Is there any way to rename the files within the zip archive so I can
extract them?
