Help on Netscape 7.1 on WinXP

Hi,
I installed Win XP Home Edition, and then I installed
full installation version of Netscape 7.1.
The icon shows up, but when I click it it blinks for a
fraction of a second and N7.1 does not opens.
Same with Netscape Mail.  Winamp opens OK.

When I open Task Manager, and I click Netscape, I see
SysFader active for couple seconds, and then it disappears
and nothing happens.

Any hints, why it happens and how to fix it, are appreciated.
