The inductive chargers seem popular for electric toothbrushes.  Find a used
or discarded one of those and use the charger part.  My guess is that they
run at a high enough frequency to make the inductive coupling efficient.
Maybe between 100kHz and 1Mhz, and possibly a ferrite core.  Just a guess.
