Well your request is kind of vague. So let me ask some questions:

1) Why do you need to make a project?
2) Why does it have to be with the 68000?
3) What have you already built?
4) In some general way can you describe what the goals are? A working
   project can simply flash an LED or send some data over the serial port.
5) What ideas do you have. Why are they not attainable?

Post back here. I'm sure that others would be interested in what you're doing.
