I cuutrently work as a contractor for a company that
switched to WinCE.   Their product is about to be
released, and to meet their quality goals they are now
reclassifying bugs as features, rejecting them with:
"functions as designed"....

That might be understandable with some minor Windoze
annoyances (there are quite a few of those) but there at least
two severity 2 bugs there that I've found.
