Somewhat fast JPEG decoding?

Hi,

I'm in need of a somewhat fast JPEG decoding device. I'm looking at DSPs 
currently, but i don't know if that'll be the "best" (ie, cheapest) route 
to go.

I need to be able to decode JPEG frames at 5-10 MPixels/sec, do some 
simple processing, and store the results on a hard drive. The JPEG images 
will be delivered via the network.

Suggestions are appreciated.
