SAA7111

Hi

I am going to design a image system using SAA7111 decoder.
SAA7111 decodes analog PAL/NTCS from CCD camera
to digital YUV,signal goes to encoder and change to PAL.

I want to do something (such as image freeze, iamge storage, ect)
between SAA7111 decoder and encoder. Any IC for these purpose?
