The termination networks should be on the backplane not the 
individual cards.  Yes all signals must be properly 
terminated.  Your card may not used them but others might.

If you are a slave card you only need to hook up the lines you 
require.

  There shoudl be quite a number of VME bus drivers for 
Solaris.  This is quite a popular OS on VME bus.
