Help me for some VMEbus questions.

Hi all,
    I'm a novice in VMEbus. And now I've some questions for that.
Would you
please help me for the following questions?  
    1. VMEbus specification refers to the 'termination networks', does
it mean that it must be used on
each end of all signal lines regardless whether these lines is used or
not? Or must Open-Collector lines
use termination networks, while other driver type lines can omit that?
    2. Some signal lines I don't use, can I leave them out? Or must I
pull them up or down? Such as SERCLK,
SERDATA, BR0--BR3 and so on. 
    3.Is there any example for VME driver in Solaris? For me, I'll
build a Slave board in Solaris, maybe I'll need to write a VME driver
myself.
