lotus 123 v 9.7scroll problem

have win xp
just installed microsoft intellipoint ver. 5 
i have a wireless microsoft explorer mouse 
usb with scroll

after installing ver 5    i have no scroll feature on
lotus files
excel and word work fine
just no 123 files

scroll is enabled in the ver 5 software

anyone know or have this problem?

any help much appreciated
