series scale i Excel surface chart

Can I in any way customice the Y-scale in a surface chart in Excel?

My data looks somewhat like this

        0.1    0.2    0.3
0.3   3.8    3.6    3.5
0.4   3.4    3.5    3.4
0.5   3.5    3.5    3.7

The top row and the left column will be the X- and Y-axis in the chart. This
means that the scale on the Y-axis will range from 0.3 to 0.5.

Can I customice the scale so that it will range from 0.1 to 0.9 even though
the source data is within a shorter range?
