Unable to 'FIND' in VLOOKUP Table

Hello All,

Can you please help me with the following problem.

I have a table with seven columns containing VLOOKUP formulas on each
row from 8 to 1000 which brings in data from another workbook.

In each row I have the following formula:- =VLOOKUP(B8,'Register
03-04'!$A$10:$K$1000,2,FALSE)etc.

Trouble is, whenever I select the 'FIND' in order to locate a given
piece of data quickly, it will not recognise any of the data within
the table that has a VLOOKUP formula within the cell.

Is there a way that I can get around this problem ?
