Wanted: Original 1982 Lotus 1-2-3 self-boot

Hello,
I'm looking for the original LOTUS 1-2-3 spreadsheet program for
the IBM PC, released end of 1982, that is a self-boot program
and does not require DOS.

This is obvously on 5.25" disks.

I accept original manual/disks, a copy of the disks, or even an e-mailed
copy of disk images.
