Upgrade fto 9.8 issues

Hello.

I just upgraded to 9.8 from 9.5. Using 123 when starting from programs
or shortcuts, the about indicates I'm running 9.5. When opening via a
file click, it indicates 9.8. Also, can't find my saved customized
toolbars. They used to be save in icons, but can't find newly created
ones either. I can see the customized icons using my computer, but
lotu doesn't seem to be making them available to add to the toolbar.
