How to run an Excel 97 template with macro in XP Office

Hi,

I've developed an a template workbook in Excel 97 with a few VBA
macros embedded.  The template has been working fine until my PC got
upgraded to XP.  Apparently, I got an error message saying my security
level is inadequate when I opened this Excel template file in Office
XP.  Any idea on how to fix it?
