It is true that 1hr & 59 mins after 11pm is 59mins after midnight i.e. 0:59.
Are you just trying to add time such as time taken i.e. 23hrs to do a job,
plus 1hr 59mins another day = 24hrs 59mins.
In excel this can be achieved by using the custom format [hh]:mm, but that
is not available in Works.
