CFP: co-locate with IJCAI-05

Co-locate with IJCAI-05
                  -----------------------
Could your conference take place in Scotland in the
week beginning 25th July 2005 or week beginning 8th August 2005?
If so, it might be a candidate for co-locating with IJCAI-05.
http://www.ijcai05.org/

Why co-locate with IJCAI-05?
----------------------------
What possible benefits could there be to your conference
co-locating with IJCAI-05? First of all, delegates would
be able to attend two conferences with the travel costs of
a single conference. This might result in more delegates
attending your conference and of course attending IJCAI-05.

Also, there are other attractions to Scotland in July and
August 2005. There is the Open Golf championship, returning
to its home in St. Andrews for 2005 http://www.opengolf.com/
And of course there is the Edinburgh Festivals
http://www.edinburgh-festivals.com Maybe delegates will enjoy
not only your conference and ours, but take an opportunity to
have a wee holiday in bonny Scotland on the way.

What could IJCAI-05 do for you?
-------------------------------
There are a number of potential benefits for a co-locating
conference:

   - IJCAI-05 with include information about your conference
in the IJCAI-05 brochure and website
   - IJCAI-05 local organisation is being done in conjunction
     with Meeting Makers Ltd http://www.meetingmakers.co.uk/
Meeting Makers may be able to help you with local information
     and possibly local arrangements
   - The IJCAI-05 scientific program will have a co-locating conference
special track, i.e. a series of 1 hour talks given by representatives
of the co-locating conferences. These talks will be top quality
scientific talks, reporting the state of the art in your specialised
area. Also, relevant members from the co-locating conference will be
invited to submit papers to IJCAI-05, for review and possible
     publication in IJCAI-05 proceedings.

What should I do now?
