The book, "Paradigms of Artificial Intelligence Programming: case studies
in Common Lisp", by Peter Norvig, has a chapter on it, as I recall.  It is
a good book, well worth looking into in any case.  I'm sure the original
paper is available somewhere.  Did you check if they had it on Citeseer?
