emacs in Clips ?

Hello all.  

I am using Clips 6.2.  Pretty interesting so far.  

I was expecting that there would be an emacs editor embedded in Clips.
 There doesn't seem to be.  Have I inadvertantly disabled it, somehow?
 I am working on Micr-soft Windows.
