The biggest problem with using Google or any aggregation of free data is that
it is not verified. Search for a treatment for AIDS on the net and you are
going to come up with all sorts information.
Some of it will be incomplete.
Some of it will be incorrect.
Some of it will be specualtive.
Some of it will be out of date.
Some of it will be religous propaganda.
Some of it will be political propoganda.
Some of it will be lies.
Some of it will be blogs talking about a cure for AIDS.
How you filter or rank this information is a very interesting problem but I
suspect that you would need some sort of medical expert system to see if the
information it finds makes sense.
Which was where we came in.
