Regarding State of the Art of Medical Diagnosis Apps of Expert Systems

I've just spent some time searching online for medical diagnosis
applications of expert systems.

I've found a few references (some directly through google, some
through citeseer).

One site showed a bibliography citing certain publications of the
IEEE.  I went to the IEEE site, but have yet to attempt to access the
publications in question through that site.  I guess one needs to
register with that site, perhaps for a fee.

I'd like to determine, in particular, the current state of the art of
web-based (perhaps using JESS) psychiatric diagnosis applications of
expert systems.

Any key URL's, etc., relevant to this search would be much
appreciated.
