Sadly, the only way to deal with bullies is to become one
(or to pretend, at least, for a moment, to become one).

Practice saying, "I am going to kick your ass, Mr.!"

Only, practice saying it like you mean it.  Understand that
the only way to deal with bullies is to meet them on their own
turf, act tough, and possibly get into a physical altercation.

But most bullies rely on the fact that most non-bullies
*really don't like* the physical altercation part, so they get
by on a lot of hot air.

I say this, because the bullies are replicating on our sweet
planet faster than those black monoliths coming out of Saturn
in the movie 2010.  So you have to bone up on saying, "I am
going to kick your ass, mister!"  And really sounding like you
are going to kick their ass.  It's bully talk.  They bully you, and
if you don't bully right back you find yourself in some kind of
predator-prey relationship.
