SVM Software recommendation

Hi there,
I'm going to use SVM (for both classification and regression tasks)
and would like to ask you about a recommendation which SVM software to
use. I prefer Matlab-based one (i.e. a kind of Matlab toolbox), but
standalone applications are also welcome. Thank you.
