I went to the URL given (http://www.worldscinet.com/ijns.html) and I
followed some links and got a complete PDF of a journal article.  I had
to give a name and email address, but it could be [EMAIL PROTECTED]
or whatever.   Maybe it just wasn't working when you went there.
