Neural networks - API or class

Hello!

    Does anybody know any freeware or GLP program which can build the neural
networks, when it gets training inputs and outputs, and then export it as a
API or class (C++)? I've tried to use Neurak, but it is good only for
smaller networks... Maybe somebody can recommend me other program?
