Lisp Parser

I just started my thesis this term.  It's about solving arithmetic
word
problems, mostly first and second grade story problems.  The first
step will have to be parsing the problem to see what information it
gives and what it's
asking for.  Can anyone recommend a good Lisp parser to use for this?
