Pasting together code to do that would probably take a week or more,
but if your objective is to solve the problem rather than to write
code, you will probably get it done sooner by using an existing GA
package that doesn't require writing code.  I've mentioned Generator,
and there are also several others that allow the user to define the
problem in an Excel spreadsheet.
