After long disconnect between my own computer and the Net, I finally put an Iomega Zip-100 drive with two patch cables between my housemate's Net access desktop and my own paint-station laptop. Thanks to Sam Trenholme for the loaned use of one of the USB patch cables, which made file transfers lots less awkward. So, a lot of Traveller Art accumulated in the meanwhile; 80 images make up Set 9: http://www.anycities.com/user/xanthian/TravellerArt/TravellerArt09.html This is the result of using the output of my Java coded Genetic/Memetic Algorithm toy Traveller, in an unreleased version whose earlier incarnation is here: http://www.well.com/user/xanthian/java/TravellerDoc.html as the input for some computer "art". This set obeys Sturgeon's Law, but that leaves a few attractive images in the lot. You can also collect the whole kit if you find yourself so enamoured of these images as to have no other choice: http://www.anycities.com/user/xanthian/TravellerArt/TravellerArt.html You can even go whole hog and explore the entire (ad funded) free web site: http://www.anycities.com/user/xanthian/ Enjoy, and do with these images what you will. xanthian, also found preening here: http://www.well.com/user/xanthian/ -- Posted via Mailgate.ORG Server - http://www.Mailgate.ORG
