I am incorrect, after checking with RFC-850, the usage you have is
the correct spelling, however, none of the posting services I
patronize any longer recognize the legitimacy of the Followup-To
header, probably because of something I did a dozen years ago that
radically offended most of the Net.

Which continues to be ineffective, for my postings and others;
if you want your articles not to be replied to in some newsgroups,
your only option is to avoid posting them there by omitting those
newsgroup names from the "Newsgroups:" line of your own articles.
