That's pretty much it > > I hope that was a joke (a comment on the use of certain buzzwords by the lower lifeforms - Marketing guys) In the world of real computer people, Neural Nets are not just 'algorythms that use link lists' and I suppose you could use GPSS and make a 'Neural Network' that operate along the lines of a Pachinko Palace machine (floats arent always nessessary). They are applicable to certain problem sets (like handwriting recognition for Kanji) or pattern matching.
