Prospects of education in AI

Hi group

I want to ask that what are the future prospects of education in AI.
Which universities are running strong programs in AI? What do they
look for? What sort of projects should I do to get into them?
Also I am interested in future computing environments, interactive
workspaces, smart environments. How are they related to AI and any
suggested projects at undergrad level.
