The The Eighth Scandinavian Conference on Artificial Intelligence (SCAI'03)

SCAI'03 is the eighth Scandinavian AI conference and will be held in
Bergen, Norway, on November 2-4, 2003. The conference will be 
co-organised by the Department of Information Science, University of 
Bergen and the Department of Computer Science, Bergen University 
College. On behalf of the organizing commitee I cordially invite you to 
participate in SCAI'03.

We also encourage you to partcipate with a poster or a demo presenting 
your research or intelligent applications. Posters will be published in 
a technical report from the University of Bergen.

SCAI'03 will be held in Bergen, Norway. Bergen - The Gateway to the 
Fjords - is a charming city full of small wooden houses. They scramble 
up the mountainsides and compete for space with wealthy mansions, 
flaunting themselves all the way into the city. Clusters of old houses
