Evocosm 2.5.0: A C++ Framework for Evolutionary Algorithms

I'm pleased to release version 2.5.0 of Evocosm, a platform-neutral
C++ framework for building evolutionary algorithms. You can find the
library (which is free software) at:

I've used Evocosm in private research, and for two commercial
products. I'm releasing the framework simple libpng/zlib-style license.
