Hello,

Of course it's possible.  Humans do it all the time (without any
communication), for example a human may see a small group of other humans
unsucccessfully "pushing" a vehicle out of deep mud and join in to try to
help by pushing with the others (and the helping human could do so even
without knowing the local language or perhaps even without being noticed).
Etc.

Similarly for humanoid "agents".  If you want examples from my work
("Anthrobotics") in designing humanoid "robots" with "bonding" abilities so
they might "want" to collaborate, please contact me directly.
