Some of the resources listed at
http://www.aaai.org/AITopics/html/resourcST.html might be of interest.

It might also be worth looking at MIT OpenCourseWare:
http://ocw.mit.edu/OcwWeb/index.htm This site includes, for example,
free materials (excluding texts) for an introductory AI course at
http://ocw.mit.edu/OcwWeb/Electrical-Engineering-and-Computer-Science/6-
034Artificial-IntelligenceSpring2003/CourseHome/index.htm

In addition, video lectures and course materials for an undergraduate
course in artificial intelligence are available as part of a package of
13 courses (total cost USD 200) at http://www.aduni.org/drives/

Finally, there are some relevant college courses available online,
e.g., courses in data mining at
http://www.ccsu.edu/datamining/default.html

I'm fairly certain that there are more opportunities that could be
identified.
