The Engineered Future and The New Organisms

I've penned a couple of new essays on evolution-related topics.

The Engineered Future

In this essay I express my conviction that eventually
organisms will come to have engineered genomes.

The New Organisms
=================

This essay looks at the new collective heirarchies
that have formed on the planet in the last few
thousand years - and considers their likely future.

These collective heirarchies are commonly known as
"companies" and "governments".

The essay examines the extent to which they qualify
as new living organisms, and explores the ramifications
of considering them as such.
