Issue Professional Users - Keyboard Problem with IBM Thinkpad Keyboard !!!

Hi Everyone,

I have i critical problem with my Company Laptop's (Ibm Thinkpad T30)
Since i install cleen windows xp on my laptop the numbers and the
letters are
out of order (illegible) every logon i need to press Shift + Num Lock
to fix it.
The original IBM Image was correct but i need to know what happened
and how to solve the Problem without IBM dependence.

If Somebody can halp me with that, or someone here about it i'll be
glad to knew.
