Help! Dirty Laundry & Puddletown

I'm looking for a couple of local tracks that were out in 1990, can't
recall who they were by but the first was called 'Dirty Laundry' and
was made up mostly of samples of a politician spouting obscenities.
The second was a much bouncier track by the name of 'Puddletown'. They
were both out around the same time - any help as to who the artists
were, or where I could find them in any form would be appreciated!
