REPOST: Auatralian end of year music charts, 1996-2002

With the end of 2003 fast approaching, I thought it would be a good
opportunity to repost the Australian end of year music charts and analysis
from 1996 to 2002.  These are the original copies of the chart postings,
with the only modifications done being the joining of multiple end of
year postings into one article per year.
