Send them an email every couple of hours, if they get enough they
might start looking. I have been pounding them and I seem maybe to be
getting higher up the ladder. I do not know about your area, but on
10/2/03 they did some kind of maintenance on the servers (Check
network status web page) that is when all the trouble started here.
If we all flood them with email maybe it will help!!!
